Today, we are proud to announce that we have completed construction of Crusader Paper’s expansion to their existing 100,000 square foot office and warehouse facility located in North Andover, MA.
The steel and masonry addition will mainly be used for production and storage of large volume paper rolls and paperboard products provided to major printing plants throughout the United States.
A major building challenge was the unsuitable soil condition which needed to be re-engineered along with the slab to meet a stringent weight requirement of 1,000 pounds per square foot. .
The 18,000 square foot expansion project started in March and met the target date for completion.
