Kellogg House

Our team completed the full renovation of the historic Kellogg House at 59 Phillips Street in Andover, MA, transforming the former five-unit residence into a two-unit building. We converted the first floor into a single residential unit with a new entry off the existing porch near the former kitchen area, while the upper two floors were combined into a spacious second unit.

The project included upgrades to life-safety and electrical systems, structural reinforcement, replacement of windows and doors, and updated interior finishes. Every aspect of the work was carefully planned and executed to preserve the building’s historic character while meeting modern code requirements and enhancing overall functionality.
