Project Description

Channel Building Company provided full design-build services for the new BSL2 laboratories and supporting office spaces within the 1st Floor North Wing of the Palmisano Building at Merrimack College. The project included selective demolition, advanced laboratory build-outs, custom casework and lab benches, upgraded finishes, and coordinated trade improvements to support modern research operations and code compliance.

Building on Channel Building’s successful completion of the South Wing renovation, this phase continues the transformation of the Palmisano Building into a state-of-the-art research and laboratory environment supporting Merrimack College’s growing science and technology programs.
