Project Description

Channel Building Company completed the ground-up construction of a new Citizens Bank branch in collaboration with DiSbano & Associates. The project included full site development, foundations, structural framing, and installation of a modern, energy-efficient exterior envelope. The interior build-out featured branded millwork, secure teller lines, private offices, and ADA-compliant finishes. Additional elements included a drive-thru banking lane, integrated security systems, and high-efficiency mechanicals. Channel worked closely with the design team and client to ensure a smooth process and successful, on-time delivery.
