Channel Building Company to Renovate Holloway Automotive

Will meet Mercedes-Benz Autohaus new design standards

Wilmington, MA– April 19, 2011 –  Channel Building Company, a leading design-build commercial construction company, announced that they have entered into an agreement with Holloway Automotive for an addition and interior renovation of their dealership located on Gold Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Improvements to the original 22,000 square foot building will consist of a 1,535 square foot service drive thru addition along with an additional 3,600 square feet being added to the sales showroom. The interior renovation will include new floor tiles, extensive work in the sales area, and new vibrant paint themes and finishes.

Channel Building has just completed a major renovation to Holloway’s 26,000 square foot dealership in Greenland, New Hampshire.

Channel will be performing all design and construction management for this new renovation which is being designed to meet the needs of Holloway Automotive and their customers.

Work has already commenced and will be completed by the end of June. Holloway Automotive will remain open for business during the renovation.
