Location: Woburn, MA
Channel was engaged to design and build this 10,500 sf ground-up, block building nestled on a busy street in Woburn, MA. From the start, both Channel and the owner partnered to overcome site conditions while reworking the original design for a multi-tenant industrial facility to suit a single tenant occupant. Channel deftly adapt the building to suit the requirements of the new tenant and delivered the project without impact to the owner’s and tenant’s schedules.
