Located in the heart of Andover’s historic downtown, Channel’s construction management team partnered with John Pearson Architects to complete this fast-paced 3,500 sf interior office fit-out.  Project highlights included high-end premium finishes, hand-crafted oak millwork, an exquisite custom reception desk and a modernized HVAC system.
