TMS Architects in Portsmouth designed the clubhouse, Arnold Palmer designed the golf course, and Channel Building completed the construction situated on 450 acres of beautiful farm land. The club includes exquisite interior mahogany and marble finishes and consists of two fine dining areas, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, locker facilities, pro shop and administrative offices.
