Location: Portsmouth, NH
Holloway Buick GMC engaged Channel Building for the design-build renovation of their dealership. The space was designed and built to adhere to the new image enhancement standards of Buick GMC to provide customers with a more relaxed and pleasant buying experience. Major improvements to the 18,000 square foot building consisted of an aluminum panel exterior with new entry tower and handicapped accessibility. The interior renovation included new flooring, lighting, and new vibrant paint themes and finishes in the sales and service areas. Channel Building had previously completed major renovation work to a number of Holloway’s dealerships throughout Southern New Hampshire.
