Location: Wilmington, MA
When New England Orthodontic Laboratories needed an “expander” of their own, they called on Channel to design and build their new 5,100sf addition to welcome their highly innovative, leading-edge 3D modeling equipment and digital departments. Commencing construction during winter conditions, exterior highlights involved extensive sitework to provide additional parking and new storm drainage. Meanwhile, Channel maneuvered around a highly occupied facility to accommodate HVAC improvements, electrical service expansion and a new automatic fire suppression sprinkler system throughout the entire facility. The design of this project was driven by the sophisticated equipment specifications required to provide maximum results to the NEOlab operations team.
