Project Description
Location: Andover, MA
In addition to a variety of renovations and upgrades to their historic buildings, in 2012 Channel Building was the first contractor to perform a design-build project at Phillips Academy Andover. Phillips has engaged Channel Building to renovate student dormitories and faculty resident spaces including upgrading life safety systems, updating finishes and replacement windows in a number of buildings across campus.
