Channel seamlessly collaborated with the Grant Family to modernize their 1960’s era Lincoln dealership into an innovative, state-of-the-art facility that included energy saving LED lighting and ultra-efficient HVAC systems. Designed and built to meet Fordland’s specifications while enduring one of New England’s toughest winters on record, Channel proudly minimized business disruption using a phased-construction approach for continued occupancy during operations.
