Location: Haverhill, MA Channel built the first building of this 3-building auto mall housing the Chrysler-Jeep car line. In 2001, this project earned Channel the prestigious Varco-Pruden National Hall of Fame award “In Recognition of Excellent Craftsmanship and Construction” in the auto dealership category.

Location: Manchester, NH The very first FIAT dealership in New Hampshire was a design-build project that transformed a used car dealership integrating the FIAT corporate image.  The 3,400 square foot showroom was updated with new finishes and the signature FIAT ceiling 'cloud', as well as an exterior facade update to represent the brand.

Location: Haverhill, MA It's a new Mercedes-Benz Autohaus for Smith Motors. A 1,300 sf porcelain tiled addition was added to the existing 2,750 sf showroom; elevation has 250% more glass and a continuous 10' structural steel thin-edge roof element along with 11 signature Autohaus columns. Smith remained opened for business during the renovation.

Location: Andover MA In the heart of historic district of downtown Andover, this project was carefully designed and built to maintain the historical integrity and significance of the building while updating the facility for the GM corporate image enhancements for Cadillac and Chevrolet.  The multi-level showroom, sales, and service departments were all updated with new finishes and updated systems.

Location: Manchester, NH This design-build project added a 1,500 sf service drive-thru area as well as a 3,600 sales showroom addition. Exterior and interior were completed to meet the new Mercedes-Benz Autohaus corporate design standards.

Location: Haverhill, MA Channel was able to successfully design and build this stepped building to the natural topography of the site, while still meeting the corporate design needs of Toyota. With the completion of the building, Toyota incorporated this design as part of their dealership design standards.

Location: The Freelander earns a spot on Automobile Magazine's All-Star list the same year Channel Building completed construction of this design-build venture. Built within Land Rover’s high design standards, this project met all building expectations and the 6 month build timeframe.
