Locations: Braintree, MA This fast track renovation project for Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. created a new 2-story world-class training facility   which included two fully functional mock restaurants, bakery rooms, training rooms, and office space.

Location: Haverhill, MA Channel was delighted to be a part of Fantini Bakery's mission to expand their facilities in Haverhill to accommodate their fast-growing family business.  Already working under extremely tight time constraints, Channel discovered unsuitable soils and was able to respond  by utilizing a wood pile foundation system without compromising the project's schedule.  This was also Channel's first opportunity to design for an extraordinarily specialized suspension food processing equipment [...]

Locations: Lawrence, Medford, Methuen, Devens, Peabody, MA Dunkin’ Donuts Central Production Locations bake all the goods for Dunkin’ Donuts satellite locations. During the design-build process, special attention was paid to processing equipment, piping and oven requirements, as well as efficiency of dock areas.  

Location: Medford, MA Once an old car engine repair shop, this building was transformed into a pristine baked goods production facility with special attention to massive oven and cooler requirements as well as warehousing and material handling needs.
