Location: Andover, MA This design-build renovation of an original HH Richardson designed building consisted of designing and building the nave balcony to accept a new Opus 137 organ, that was manufactured by C.B. Fisk Company of Gloucester, along with major floor and ceiling acoustical improvements and HVAC requirements needed to support the new organ.  

Location: Andover, MA On one of the most historic streets in Andover, this prominent church building needed an 8,000 sq. ft. addition as well as an 11,000 sq. ft. renovation. Together with the architectural firm of Margulies & Associates, Channel added a new chapel, classrooms, teen center and administrative offices.

Location: Salem, MA This major renovation created a clean new interior that included resident rooms, nurse’s stations, visiting rooms and common area, as well as a new atrium entranceway and landscaping. Channel worked with Hastings & Hoffman Interiors to complete the project on time and within budget.
