Location: Amesbury, MA This new pre-engineered Varco-Pruden structure added a new gymnasium to the boys summer camp. Two challenges faced the Channel team. One was working on a very steeply sloped parcel of land and the other was to open in time for their summer season. Both were accomplished within the client’s timeframe and budget.

Location: North Andover, MA After a devastating fire ravaged the clubhouse, Channel Building collaborated with committee members to construct a replica of the antique wood framed structure. The building houses a full-service restaurant and lounge, pro shop, game and locker rooms and a modern kitchen.

Location: Nashua, NH Originally an Ames department store, this design-build renovation project consists of a 1000 seat, 8-cinema theatre, with unique dining and arcade areas. The high-tech mezzanine projection room was designed to fit the original building layout. With our design-build development, this project met the client’s tight time schedule.
