This storage and repair facility will be fully heated, have a 34 foot clear height and include a state-of-the-art overhead crane system.

Channel Building has completed work on this original HH Richardson designed building. The design-build renovation enhancemnets were needed by the church to house a new organ being manufactured by C.B. Fisk Company. Work included a new nave balcony and chancel improvements, along with all acoustical, lighting and other structural improvements to the 400 seat church.

Work has been completed on this major fast-track renovation of Dunkin' Donuts University which is the companys world-class training facility for it's franchisees. Work included mock-ups of their Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and CPL facilities, as well as training rooms, offices and other interior and exterior improvements.
