Paul Kneeland - President

Paul began his career in commercial real estate over 20 years ago and has operated in various capacities including sales and business development. During his career Paul has been directly involved in the leasing and development of over 10 million square feet of commercial industrial, office, and retail space representing more than 200 transactions. Since 1998 he has served as sole owner and President of Channel Building Company successfully growing the company from four to over 35 employees. Paul has been a visionary, leading a team of professionals committed to building projects of superior quality and value.

Jerry Diorio - Senior Project Executive

Jerry’s commitment to construction excellence is evident throughout the diverse projects completed during his 26-year tenure with Channel. His loyal following of satisfied, repeat customers is a testament to the successful outcome of his projects, in terms of exceeding the client’s construction expectations. Since joining the company in 1981, he has experienced every facet of the construction process, including roles as a carpenter, field superintendent, estimator and project manager. As Executive Vice President, Jerry is ultimately responsible for all construction projects, delivering superior quality buildings that result in exceptional customer satisfaction and trust.

Kyla McGuire - Controller

Kyla is a relative newcomer to the Channel Building team. She joined Channel in 2005 and was appointed Controller in January, 2007. With a degree in Computer Information Systems and the combination of her computer and accounting experience, she was instrumental in streamlining the company’s Accounting department by maximizing the use of the corporate accounting software application. Kyla has the responsibility for managing all financial records, payroll, banking and daily operation of the company’s Accounting department.

Greg Wiech - Design & Development Manager

Greg’s achievements and award-winning design excellence has become commonplace in his 22-year tenure with Channel Building. He has coordinated the project design of over five million square feet and over $180 million in construction contracts in a variety of industries including automotive, financial, retail and highly complex R&D facilities. Greg is responsible for all of the company’s comprehensive architectural and structural design programming and insures that all project objectives are clearly established and integrated by all design professionals.

Tom Callahan - Field Operations Manager

Tom has been with Channel Building for 12 years and is experienced in all aspects of the construction process. As Field Operations Manager, Tom supervises the build process from the conceptual development through final construction, and assures that the project is compliant with design and construction documents, completed on time and within budget. He is responsible for overseeing the quality of construction, worker productivity and safety, as well as directs the work of all field personnel and subcontractors. Tom’s knowledge of building technologies and his value in the field is unsurpassed with his experience in a wide variety of construction projects in retail, recreational, automotive, food processing and manufacturing markets.
