Channel Building Nears Completion of Bank of New England

New branch located in Methuen, Massachusetts

Wilmington, MA– August 6, 2007 – Channel Building Company, a leading design-build commercial construction company, today announced they are nearing completion of the 2,600 square foot branch of the Bank of New England in Methuen, Massachusetts

The project, which began in March, is taking place at the intersection of Pelham and Cross Street conveniently located off Interstate 93. The foundation, framing and brick exterior have been completed and the interior, which includes a lobby, teller area, sales offices and vault area is scheduled to begin soon.

The design of the bank was done by Channel’s in-house design team adhering to the bank’s corporate design standards and is expected to be completed in the September/October timeframe.
