Channel Building Company to Begin Construction of Dunkin’ Donuts

3,600 square foot building to house two tenants

Wilmington, MA– February 10, 2009 –   Channel Building Company, a leading design-build commercial construction company, today announced that they have begun construction on a 3,600 square foot building located at 357 Middlesex Avenue in Wilmington, MA. adjacent to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

Dunkin’ Donuts will occupy 1,900 square feet for their eat-in restaurant and canopied drive-through located on the north side of the building, while the remaining 1,400+ square feet is available for lease. Boylston Realty Advisors secured the tenant for the property owner

Channel Building is partnering with Carlisle-based Ganek Architects, Inc. on the architectural design and structural engineering services.

The building is expected to be completed in the Spring.
