Smith Motor Sales, Haverhill

Estimated project completion: September, 2010This new renovation follows the Mercedes-Benz ‘Autohaus’ initiative to align all dealerships in their design. Channel Building built the original 18,000 sf dealership in 1998 and will now add 1,300 square feet to the existing 2,750 square foot showroom. Other planned enhancements will be major upgrades to the customer lounge, service administration area and finishes in the repair shop.
Armenian Church at Hye Pointe, Haverhill
Location: Haverhill, MA.

Estimated project completion: Site work has been completed
Channel Building has completed improvements on this 4.6 acre parcel that included the upgrading of public utilities within the vicinity of the site, major grading, paving and installation of a complete storm water control system. Foundation was also installed for the 21,500 square foot church.
