Project Description

This project involved the full interior fit-out of Finn Partners’ third-floor workplace at 200 State Street in Boston. The scope included the construction of private offices, conference rooms, recording and editing spaces, open office areas, and support spaces such as kitchen and storage areas. The layout was designed to balance collaborative work zones with acoustically controlled rooms to support focused and media-driven work.

The project required close coordination between architectural, MEP, furniture, and technology systems to ensure seamless integration of power, data, and lighting throughout the space. Custom glass partitions, upgraded door and hardware systems, and precise furniture power planning were incorporated to support flexibility and future growth. The result is a modern, efficient workplace tailored to the operational and creative needs of the client.
