Channel Building Company served as the General Contractor for the new 3,000 sf ground-up Chase branch located in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The project included the construction of a modern retail banking environment featuring new storefront systems, custom interior finishes, millwork, glass and glazing, lighting, flooring, acoustical ceilings, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The completed branch reflects a clean, modern design tailored to Chase’s operational standards and customer-focused environment.
