ColdSnap

Location: Billerica, MA 

This two phase, $5 million dollar, 23,000 square foot addition to ColdSnap’s existing mixed-use facility was brought in on-time and within budget. This addition, completed in 9 months, included renovating office space and increased manufacturing capacity of ice cream machines and pods allowing ColdSnap to come to market faster, and accomplish their mission of transforming the way frozen confections are produced, transported, purchased & enjoyed.
