Project Description
Location: Wilmington, MA
This 3,100 square foot retail building with a drive-thru was designed and built to match another building on the same site. In addition to the base building, Channel Building contracted with each tenant to complete their fit-ups per each of their corporate standards. Even while managing the coordination with three different contractual parties and expectations, this project was finished on time and under budget.
