Project Description
Location: Danvers, MA
Danversport Yacht Club Marina is a full-service marine facility located on 37 acres North of Boston. This project consisted of a 20,000 square foot Varco-Pruden pre-engineered clapboard-sided building that doubled their existing boat storage and includes a 6,500 square foot sales area. This storage and repair facility is fully heated, has a 34 foot clear height and includes a state-of-the-art overhead crane system. Due to the proximity to the ocean, Channel Building performed extensive ground improvements to support the new structure. Exterior work included a parking lot expansion and a paved boat storage area of approximately 80,000 square feet.
