Location: Lowell, MA
With the site, utilities and foundation in place, Channel seamlessly transitioned into this project in close collaboration with the Lowell Five Cent Savings Bank’s architect, DRL Associates, Inc., and their consulting team, NES Group, which proved to be as rewarding as the impact the new 5,500 sf ground-up Lowell branch location has on its community. This highly visible wood framed location includes a partial basement, upscale interior finishes and state-of-the art security features which has not only drawn the attention of neighbors, businesses and city officials but offers a the community a modern facility with a focus on good old-fashioned relationship banking.
