Project Description
Location: Lawrence, MA
Located on the shores of the Merrimack River in Lawrence, this hybrid pre-engineered and conventionally built manufacturing facility posed some initial challenges including unsuitable soil conditions. With Channel’s experience, we were able to solve all the land planning issues and obtained the necessary permits to start construction. The building now houses a new state-of-the-art glitter production line, doubling the production capacity of the company who produces glitter products for fashion-related industries.
