Location: Saugus, MA
Located alongside Route 1, this 50,000 square foot shopping center was given an updated look with a newly renovated facade. Channel was successful in maintaining ongoing business operations in the center while the existing facade was removed and the new one built. To complete the makeover, glass storefronts and windows were also renovated or replaced.
