Location: Andover, MA This design-build renovation of an original HH Richardson designed building consisted of designing and building the nave balcony to accept a new Opus 137 organ, that was manufactured by C.B. Fisk Company of Gloucester, along with major floor and ceiling acoustical improvements and HVAC requirements needed to support the new organ.

Location: Salem, NH This Bank of New England 4-story headquarters building was planned by our design group headed by Greg Weich and set the standard for the design of the bank’s numerous branches. Bank of New England is one of the fastest growing banks in New England.

Location: Salem, NH Germanium Power offers high speed and large area photodetectors for radiation detection and telecommunication applications. Their requirements were high tech processing equipment for use in laboratories

Location: The Freelander earns a spot on Automobile Magazine's All-Star list the same year Channel Building completed construction of this design-build venture. Built within Land Rover’s high design standards, this project met all building expectations and the 6 month build timeframe.

Location: Nashua, NH Originally an Ames department store, this design-build renovation project consists of a 1000 seat, 8-cinema theatre, with unique dining and arcade areas. The high-tech mezzanine projection room was designed to fit the original building layout. With our design-build development, this project met the client’s tight time schedule.
