Project Description
Location: Revere, MA
This new 50,600 square foot multi-building retail center design-build renovation project, includes four retail buildings, with two of the buildings having lower level store fronts. There are 23 tenant spaces ranging from 1,200 square feet to 13,000 square feet. The project involved total demolition of three existing buildings, redeveloping of retail and automotive space, increased road access and a major site clean up for environmental compliance. Channel managed all the necessary pre-construction services including permitting, value engineering, constructability review, site and building design, scheduling and budgeting. The City of Revere enthusiastically supported this major redevelopment of what’s commonly referred to as the ‘Gateway to Revere’, in order to beautify a very run-down, dilapidated but highly visible traffic circle.
