Project Description
Location: Andover, MA
This design-build project in Elm Square at the corner of Main and Central Streets was a major renovation of the existing 100+ year old, 10,200 square foot structure. A 4,800 square foot third story was also added along with major structural and aesthetic exterior enhancements. The design challenge was to create a building that would complement the historic Andover center, while meeting all the owner’s requirements for an elegant, service oriented retail space.
