Project Description
Location: Wilmington MA
This 3,600 square foot building, was split to have Dunkin’ Donuts occupy 1,900 square feet for their eat-in restaurant and canopied drive-through located on the north side of the building. While the remaining 1,400 square feet is built for a future office or retail tenant. Channel Building partnered with Ganek Architects, Inc. on the architectural design and structural engineering services.
